U.S. spot ethereum ETFs (exchange-traded funds) saw net outflows of $39.21 million yesterday as Nasdaq ISE, LLC filed two notices to withdraw proposals to list options on bitcoin and ethereum spot ETFs.
The Grayscale ethereum Trust (ETHE) was the only fund to see outflows on Aug. 15 after $42.52 million left the ETF, according to data from eth-spot”>Bland Value.

ethereum Spot ETFs See Minimal Flows
Grayscale ethereum Mini Trust (eth) saw zero inflows yesterday after achieving moderate net inflows of $2.26 million the day before. Meanwhile, Fidelity’s FETH saw $2.54 million enter its fund. Similarly, BlackRock’s ETHA saw inflows of $770,350 on the same day. ETF (exchange-traded funds) No flows were recorded.
Yesterday's outflows ended a three-day winning streak. However, total trading activity in the funds rose to $240.58 million. This spike in activity follows the $155.91 volume recorded on August 14 and $190.76 million on August 13.
Along with minimal flows into ethereum spot ETFs yesterday, the price of the leading altcoin barely moved over the past 24 hours. After a minor pullback, eth ethereum/”>marketed At 2:40 a.m. EST, the stock price stood at $2,614.07. It remains in the red by more than 2% on a weekly time frame.

In the midst of mediocrity ethereum ETF Flows, Nasdaq Exchange ISE, LLC yesterday filed two notices to withdraw proposals to list options for spot ETFs linked to bitcoin and ethereum, according to filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Other exchanges have also withdrawn proposals of a similar nature over the past week. MIAX, MIAX Pearl, and BOX Exchange withdrew their proposals to list and trade options on spot bitcoin ETFs. Cboe recently withdrew its application to list options on spot btc ETFs as well, but has resubmitted it. Many believe this is a sign that the SEC may be getting involved in the process.
