How Artfest Promotes Inclusion
WoW is known for its community initiatives and Artfest will become a seasonal event that will coincide with the movements of the moon. At each event, WoW and WoW Galaxy NFT holders will be able to claim a free piece of NFT artwork that will be incorporated into the skin tone of their assets.
The current edition of Artfest will showcase the work of 15 talented artists, with a new piece to be revealed each day of the event. This year’s Artfest will take place on the planet Rainbow Orb and will feature artists such as Clément Morin, Yanin Ruibal, Damola Ayegbayo, among others.
So far, these Artfest events have certainly been a hit with users according to the WoW administration.
“We are bringing new artists to our community to interpret WoW lore in many unique ways, helping to expand the reach of our story and mission. It’s a wonderful way to experience the beauty of shared creativity,” said Yam Karkai, Creative Director and Co-Founder of World of Women.
