Investing.com – The Israel stock market closed higher this Sunday; the gains of the sectors, and drove the indices higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the dollar rose 0.25%.
The best performers of the session were Big Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:), which rose 2.88% or 1,050.00 points to close at 37,530.00. Meanwhile, OPC Power Ltd (TASE:) added 2.80% or 77.00 points to close at 2,826.00 and Strauss Group (TASE:) rose 2.61% or 168.00 points to 6,608.00 at the end of the session.
At the bottom of the index was NICE Ltd (TASE:), which fell 3.34%, or 2,410.00 points, to close at 69,800.00. Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:) fell 3.05% or 148.00 points to close at 4,702.00, and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:) fell 1.34% or 83.00 points to close at 6,102 .00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 275 to 174 and 89 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery rose 1.21% or 0.93 to $77.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities, Brent oil futures for August delivery rose 0.90% or 0.73 to hit $81.84 a barrel, while Gold futures for June delivery fell 0.90% or 0.73. 09%, 2.00, to $2,335.20 per troy ounce.
USD/ILS fell 0.46% to 3.66, while EUR/ILS fell 0.15% to 3.97.
US dollar index futures were down 0.37% at 104.65.
