Meta's Ray-Ban smart glasses can now post instagram Stories directly to your instagram account without you needing to pull out a phone. The feature is one of amazon-music-calm-instagram-new-styles/”>various updates The company is now starting to roll out glasses, including support for amazon Music and the Calm meditation app.
instagram support will allow users to ask the glasses to post to the app before or after taking a photo. They can say, “Hey Meta, share my latest photo on instagram” after taking a photo or tell you to “post a photo on instagram” before taking a new photo.
Meta also worked with meditation app Calm to allow people to do guided meditation on the go and access mindfulness exercises on the glasses. Calm will offer a free three-month subscription to Ray-Ban Meta smartglass users to try out.
The glasses also have the ability to stream amazon Music. By saying “Hey Meta, play amazon Music,” the glasses will play a recommended and curated playlist for users. You can change the volume or pause the music using touch or voice controls without having to take out your phone. The glasses previously had support for Spotify and added Apple Music last month.
Meta says the new features will be rolled out “gradually.”
