© Reuters Saudi Arabia stock markets close higher; Tadawul All Share rises 0.14%
Investing.com – The Saudi Arabia stock market closed higher this Sunday; the gains of the sectors, and drove the indices higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the dollar rose 0.14%, reaching a new 52-week high.
The best stock of the session was National Agriculture Development Co (TADAWUL:), rising 9.97% or 3.20 points to close at 35.30. Meanwhile, Food Works Development Co (TADAWUL:) advanced 9.90%, 13.20 points, to close at 146.60, and Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.84%, 9.50 points, to close the session in 106.00.
At the bottom of the index was Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co CSJC (TADAWUL:), which fell 5.28%, or 20.80 points, to close at 372.80. Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co (TADAWUL:) fell 3.91% or 9.60 points to close at 236.00 and Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:), which was down 3.18% or 0.85 points to 25.90.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Stock Exchange by 197 to 84 and 15 ended unchanged.
Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:) shares rose to 5-year highs; gaining 9.84% or 9.50 to 106.00.
Crude oil for April delivery rose 0.84% or 0.65 to $78.24 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities, Brent oil futures for April delivery rose 0.81% or 0.67 to hit $83.53 a barrel, while Gold futures for April delivery rose 0. 53%, 10.60, to $2,025.50 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.06% at 4.04, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% at 3.75.
US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.00% at 104.20.
