web3 group focused on art Palma Foundation have launched a call for artists to exhibit in ZsONAMACOthe largest annual art fair in Latin America.
Selected artists will have the opportunity to present their work to a new audience of potential art collectors, and each artist will receive a $500 grant.
The artist who receives the most Palm Collective votes will also receive a $1,500 grant.
What is ZsONAMACO?
ZsONAMACO is the largest annual art fair in Latin America and attracts more than 70,000 art collectors and appreciators from around the world.
The 2024 edition marks the 20th anniversary of the event and will take place in Mexico City from February 7 to 11.
To celebrate this milestone, organizers have collaborated with the Palm Foundation to issue a call for artists from around the world to be curated by a committee consisting of art historian Direlia Lazo, independent artist Glam Beckett, and web3's own Superchief Gallery .
The goal is to support and help showcase leading talents in the digital art space to a traditional art audience, helping these artists reach new collectors.
How do I come in?
Submissions open on January 17 and close on January 28.
Participating artists must mint a selected work of art on the Palm Network, following the guidelines of nft-on-nftrade-with-the-palm-network-a-step-by-step-guide-b183e68cc6e5″ target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>NFTrade either nft-on-artists-valley-with-the-palm-network-a-step-by-step-guide-3a382ecd2ec9″ target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>Valley of the Artistsbefore submitting your piece to the Palm Collective.
All submissions will be reviewed by the curatorial committee. Three to five pieces will be chosen for display at the Palm Collective booth at ZsONAMACO 2024, and each artist will receive a $500 grant.
From February 7 to 9, all submissions will be subject to a vote by the Palm Collective. The artist who receives the most votes will win a $1,500 grant.
Each participating artist will retain all intellectual and commercial rights to their work, with a variety of trading platforms available should you wish to sell your NFTs.
