I have a Flexispot standing desk. I’M LOVIN ‘IT! However, I had an incident where I got an RST code (and honestly it looked like ASR) and the desktop would go down but not up. The Flexispot standing desk does not move. This is a FEATURE, not a defect. You don’t want to break your nice standing desk, so if the mechanism is clogged, the desk goes into a standby state.

You don’t want to break your motorized desk. When your Flexispot tall desk won’t move, you can easily fix it.
Disconnect your Flexispot desktop for 30 seconds
Restart the desktop by disconnecting it. (All tech support answers ever, turn it off and back on again.) Be sure to give it a full 30 seconds.

Use the down arrow to go down until it hits the bottom and bounce back up.
Good to go
That should reset your Flexispot standing desk. Use the up arrow to adjust to the desired height.
