We are happy to share that Lumio is teaming up with Tynker! We’ve come together to provide free, fun, and interactive coding tutorials that teach kids how to create a virtual soccer team to compete against other teams from around the world as part of BYJU Coding Cup! We are very excited about this amazing opportunity to connect more students with coding and the great fun of the Coding Cup, which is taking place in conjunction with the 2022 FIFA World Cup!
Tynker is the world’s leading K-12 creative coding platform, enabling students of all ages to learn to code at home, school, and on the go. Provides tools to build coding skills and confidence for students ages 4 and up, with programs students can work on, making coding accessible and fun. It’s an awesome way to teach programming, even if you don’t know anything about it.
Coding Cup is an activity for teachers who want to allow their students in grades 3-12 to learn to code in a free, fun and interactive soccer game. It’s a global competition, with prizes to be won. What’s super fun about playing in the Coding Cup is that the students Don’t control your soccer team with a joystick or game controller. Instead, the student computers are powered by the code THEY write!
Now he lives in Lumio is a Coding Cup lesson to help you get moving (pun intended!) with Tynker’s Coding Cup. Students will learn the fundamentals of programming and apply strategies and tactics in a universally loved sport, just in time for the World Cup!
