NY – Let’s learn, WNET Group’s instructional learning series for kids ages 3-7 has released new episodes on public television stations across the country (check local listings) and let’s learn.org. The series debuts 20 episodes, additional content partners, and additional accessibility features. let’s learn has also launched a new website, making it easy to stream all episodes on any device at any time. In the New York metropolitan area, let’s learn airs Monday through Friday at 11am on THIRTEEN and 4pm on WLIW21.
let’s learn serves as a complementary resource to support children’s learning at home and in the classroom. Featuring a dynamic and diverse group of educators, the episodes offer age-appropriate content that focuses on basic reading, writing, and literacy skills, with literacy coaches modeling best practices for using the science of information-based pedagogy. reading. The series also focuses on math, science, social studies, the arts, and social-emotional learning. Content partners include Education Through Music, Memphis Zoo, National Dance Institute, New Victory Theatre, New-York Historical Society, New York City Children’s Theatre, Studio in a School, University of Connecticut Feel Your Best Self program, and Meet WUSF’s Helpers.

The website offers playlists, new search tools to help users find subject segments, topics, and curriculum topics, and more than 100 printable activities. American Sign Language (ASL) translations will be added to a collection of story segments that will live on the website. Educators can also access guidance on how to use let’s learn in the classroom in PBS Learning Media.
