In addition, Alchemy Pay will have access to the Insurance Brokerage Company license held by Sunbright Wealth Management, a subsidiary of ZD Group, issued by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority. This license will help Alchemy Pay develop potential business with the negotiation or settlement of insurance contracts.
Mouette Securities has been listed as a registered institution in SFC from Hong Kong official site. Details of financial services licenses can be found by searching for ‘Mouette Securities’ via the name search or ‘BLE877’ via the central entity number search. He Insurance Brokerage Company Sunbright Wealth Management license can be found at Hong Kong Insurance Authority Official Site – Register of Authorized Insurance Intermediaries (Company) page through the license number ‘FB1829’.
This license exchange is intended to facilitate the entry of Alchemy Pay and promote its penetration into Hong Kong and even the larger global financial market. With the acquisition of the licenses, Alchemy Pay can better ensure the delivery of secure, compliant and regulatory payment services to an expanded group of partners. In fact, the partnership will fuel Alchemy Pay’s growth in the global market and expand its user base beyond Hong Kong.
