Sonos is still trying to clean up the mess from the haphazard launch of its new app, and to help give users a better idea of what fixes are in the works, the company has shared a public Trello board detailing the fixes you are working on.
“All cards listed here are from various posts and release notes (Future Feature Updates, for example), including direct communications from (CEO Patrick Spence).” says Reddit user KeithFromSonoswho is a Sonos employee. “What we’re hearing and what we’re working on is coming from you, the broader community, and our recognition of that area of opportunity.”
KeithFromSonos says the Trello board isn’t “an exhaustive list of every item on our internal roadmap” or a view into every known issue, but rather is “a live document that will be updated with information as soon as it’s available to me.” In a section of the board titled “On the Roadmap,” for example, there are entries for “Complete Queue Editing/Management” and “Playlist Editing.” The “Coming Soon” section has entries for things like “Search and Navigation Latency Fixes” and “Improved Volume Responsiveness.”
Sonos isn't the only company that has launched a public Trello board to give users transparency into what it's doing. Epic Games has Trello boards for Fortnite and the Epic Games Storewhile EA offers a Trello board for Apex Legends.
