Nintendo fans have a lot to look forward to, including the company's launch. new museuma Donkey Kong theme park expansion coming to the US, and of course, the Switch sequel. But it all comes down to the games, and we’ll soon have a clearer idea of what’s coming to Switch thanks to a double Nintendo Direct the company has scheduled for August 27. The stream will begin at 10 a.m. ET. on YouTube with an Indie World presentation that will lead into a Nintendo Direct Partner presentation.

The second showcase will include details about third-party games coming to Switch. Interestingly, Nintendo hasn't divulged exactly which partner or partners it has on the roster, perhaps indicating that it has a major surprise in store. Yes, yes, we say this every time there's a Nintendo Direct or Indie World, but if there was ever a perfect time for a Hollow Knight: Silk's Song Release date reveal and a deep dive into the long-awaited sequel, that's what it feels like.
